A flate rate of $9.50 is charged on all Australian orders, with orders over $150 shipped FREE of charge.

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placement of order via Australia Post Express Post and have tracking numbers. Should your parcel not arrive in a timely manner please contact us and we will track it for you.

In some instances your order may be too large for us to use Express Post satchels, such as the handbags and nappy bags. In these instances we will ship your order via regular Australia Post.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally and all international orders recieved will generally be shipped within 48 hours. International deliveries will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail and delivery can take up to 14 days depending on location. Insurance is highly recommended as any loss or damage will not be covered unless insurance is taken out on your parcel. If insurance is required please leave a note in the additional comments section during checkout. A delivery fee of $20 will be added to all international orders and if the shipping costs less, Threads of Red will refund the difference.
